looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Skokie, IL. In this role, you’ll provide meaningful, personalized care to patients right in the comfort of their homes—while enjoying a flexible, supportive work environment.
Top Skills & Requirements:
1+ year of professional RN experience (Home Health preferred)
Active RN License in the State of Illinois
Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing
BLS and CPR Certification
Valid Driver’s License,
reliable transportation,
auto insurance
Schedule & Shift Details:
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Day Shift Includes 1 weekend/month, 2–3 on-call days/month, and 2 holidays/year
